John Bell & Croyden, part of the Celesio UK family of brands and pharmacists to Her Majesty The Queen for more than fifty years, have partnered with Amazon in a move that is set to change the face of health and beauty shopping in London.
London’s Amazon Prime members can now take advantage of the services’ super-fast delivery service and receive two-hour deliveries of their cult-hero products or must have health and beauty essentials through the Amazon Prime Now mobile app. Prime members in select postcodes can now get ultra-fast delivery by choosing a same-day, two-hour delivery window between 8am and midnight, included with Prime membership. Delivery within one hour is also available in select postcodes for £6.99, with a minimum order value of £20.
With the need for speed an ever-present factor, particularly in a fast-paced beauty industry that has already brought us 15 minute blow dry bars, express facials and lunchtime beauty treatments, the way consumers shop is constantly changing. Launching just in time for Christmas, it’s the perfect antidote for last minute shoppers or those wanting to avoid the crowds. John Bell & Croyden have curated skincare, fragrance health and wellbeing products for Mum, Dad and everyone in between – with thousands available to purchase via the Amazon Prime Now app.
With over 7,000 products available, from first aid, dental products and health supplements, to haircare, skincare, fragrance, cosmetics and male grooming, gone are the days of being caught short with no time to get to the shops. Plus with party season just around the corner, it’s easier than ever to go straight from desk to dancefloor.
Robin Winfield, Operations Director of John Bell & Croyden, commented on the launch:
“John Bell & Croyden has long been London’s premier port of call for health and wellbeing and to be able to now offer our customers an enhanced retail experience such as Amazon Prime Now is a hugely exciting step. Millions of Londoners now have access to thousands of products within the same day at the click of a button; the needs and expectations of consumers are constantly changing and with technological advances we are evolving to meet them.”
